Complete logo and brand identity for a South Indian real estate company — mark, palette, stationery and a full set of brand guidelines.
the brief
Radhika Ventures is a real estate company in South India. They wanted a logo and full branding, delivered as a system they could hand to a printer or a sign-maker without needing me in the room.
So the deliverable was not just a mark but the guidelines around it.
the tricky bit
Real estate branding tends to reach for either a literal house outline or an abstract swoosh, and both are invisible. It also has to work on a hoarding thirty feet up and on a visiting card.
And it has to look solvent, because people are handing over their savings.
what I did
An angular mark built from a folded roof plane and rising layers — a building without being a drawing of a building. It reads at any size and survives being cut in vinyl.
Orange against a warm grey gives it energy without being loud. The identity was delivered as a proper guidelines document with the stationery set worked out, so it stays consistent whoever prints it next.
