Using this website

You're welcome to read, browse and share anything here. A few limits:

• Don't scrape the site at volume, or try to break, overload or probe it.
• Don't submit anyone else's personal details through the forms.
• Don't reuse my project work, photography, writing or brand marks as your own. Client logos and brand assets shown in the portfolio belong to those clients, not to me and not to you.

The site is provided as-is. I aim to keep it up and accurate, but I don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and pricing or capability mentioned in a blog post is not an offer.

The AI agent

"AI-me" is an automated assistant, not me. Please treat it accordingly:

• It can be wrong. Anything it says about scope, timelines, availability or price is indicative only. Nothing it says forms a quote, a contract, or a commitment. Only a written proposal signed by me does that.
• The conversation is recorded. Your name and phone are collected before it starts, the audio is processed by a third party, and the transcript is stored and summarised so I can follow up. The Privacy Policy names every service involved.
• Don't tell it secrets. Don't share passwords, financial details, or confidential business information with it. Email me instead, or ask for an NDA first.
• Using it is entirely optional. Every other route to reaching me works without it.

How I handle your data — including what the AI agent collects and which services outside India see it — is set out in full in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Engagement & scope

Every project starts with a written brief from you and a written proposal from me. Once both are agreed, that document is the source of truth for what we're building. This page covers the parts the proposal doesn't repeat.

What's included

• Design and development work as specifically described in the proposal.
• Up to 2 rounds of feedback per major milestone (unless otherwise agreed).
• Source files for visual assets (logo, packaging · Figma/Illustrator).
• Source code for software work (clean, commented, handed over via Git or zip).

What's not included

• Hosting, domain registration, third-party SaaS subscriptions (Stripe, Cloudflare, etc.) · those are billed to you directly.
• Stock photography, premium fonts, or paid plugins · quoted separately when needed.
• Ongoing maintenance after handover · covered by a separate retainer if you want one.

Payment

1. 50% upfront to begin work. No exceptions · this is how I avoid being a ghost-writer.
2. 50% on handover, or per milestone schedule in the proposal.
3. Invoices are due within 7 days of issue. Bank transfer (IMPS / UPI / NEFT) preferred.
4. Late payments past 30 days attract 1.5% per month interest.

Ownership & licensing

• Before full payment: all work-in-progress remains my intellectual property. You may not use, publish, or share drafts publicly.
• On full payment: you receive a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable license to use the delivered work for your business. You own the final logo, brand assets, packaging files, and the website/webapp code.
• I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio, case studies, and pitches · unless you specifically request it stay private (case-by-case basis).
• Reusable components I built before our engagement (frameworks, snippets, design patterns) remain mine; you get a license to use them as part of your deliverable.

Revisions & changes

The proposal includes a defined number of revision rounds. Changes beyond that scope are quoted separately as a change order, agreed in writing, and added to the next invoice.

If the scope drifts more than 25%, we'll pause and re-scope before continuing.

Cancellation

• You cancel: 50% upfront is non-refundable. Any additional work completed beyond that is billed pro-rata.
• I cancel (rare · illness, mismatch, deal-breaker): I refund unused fees and hand over everything completed so far.

Timeline

Timelines in the proposal assume you respond to my questions and feedback requests within 3 business days. Delays on your side shift the timeline accordingly · they don't trigger penalties on mine.

Confidentiality

I keep your business information confidential · both during and after the engagement. If you need a formal NDA signed before our first conversation, send it; I'll review and sign reasonable ones within 48 hours.

Warranty

For software: I guarantee the code is free from material defects at delivery, and I'll fix any bugs introduced by me for 30 days after handover, free of charge. Bugs from your edits, new requirements, third-party services, or browser updates aren't covered.

For design: I guarantee delivered files are print-ready and match agreed specifications. Printer or production errors are not my liability.

Limitation of liability

My total liability is capped at the amount you've paid me on the project in question. I'm not responsible for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that can't be resolved over a coffee in Bengaluru goes to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
