Kangaroo Kids

Website & CRM 2024 Kangaroo Kids Education
Kangaroo Kids

"A 30-year-old preschool brand, finally online properly."

A public admissions website plus an internal CRM for a preschool network. The brand and identity were already theirs — the website and the CRM behind it are mine.

the brief

Kangaroo Kids came with an established identity: logo, mascot, colours, thirty years of reputation. None of that needed touching. What they didn't have was a site that converted, or any way to manage the enquiries it produced.

So the job was two halves. A public site built to get parents to book a visit, and a CRM behind it so nobody had to keep enquiries in a spreadsheet again.

the tricky bit

A preschool site has to talk to two people at once. Parents want warmth — happy kids, safe rooms, a feeling. Administrators want speed — programmes, fees, timings, and a form that works on a cheap phone with two bars of signal.

Lean warm and it reads as fluff. Lean practical and it reads as a government form.

what I did

The homepage leads with one promise and one photo, then gets straight to the booking. Programmes are split by age, because that is the only question a parent actually starts with. Every page ends with the same single call to action, so there is never a dead end.

The CRM sits behind it: enquiries land, get assigned, get chased, and get closed. Admissions staff see one list, sorted by who needs calling today.
