Habitual is an e-commerce app for electronics, designed end to end from scratch. No template, no existing brand, no engineering handover to hide behind — just the whole design process, done properly and shown in full.
It starts as a sketch and finishes as a component library.
A self-directed project has nowhere to hide. No brand to inherit, no engineering constraint to blame a compromise on, and no client to point at when a decision is questioned.
The point was therefore not the screens. It was showing the reasoning that produced them.
The whole process, kept and shown: research, sitemap, user flows, wireframes, a full UI kit, then final screens. Each stage visibly causes the next, so the case study reads as an argument rather than a gallery.
It ends at a component library instead of a set of pictures — the deliverable a build team could actually take, which is the difference between a concept and a design.
